EXAM RESULTS

The exam results are going to be on Ikasgunea  on June 26. If you cannot see them at 10:00, phone the school. We have no way of checking everything is OK

If you have to do the exam in September, My advice is : do all the parts, even the ones that are passed. Sometimes people pass by compensation. Remamber we keep the best mark of June or September.

Do the September exem. Failing an EOI exam is very common.
 We´ll be alright after the covid-19 !!!! (I want to be an optimist 💪💪💪)

Se publicarán los resultados del examen el 26 de junio. Si no los veis en Ikasgunea a las 10:00, llamad a la escuela. Nosotros no podemos comprobar que todo se ha publicado correctamente.

Si tenéis que hacer el examen de septiembre,  yo recomiendo que hagáis todas las partes otra vez. Algunas veces se aprueba por compensación. Recordad que se guarda la mejor nota de junio o septiembre

Haced el examen de septiembre los que no lo hayáis hecho el junio y los suspensos. Suspender un examen de la EOI es algo muy normal.

MY WISH FOR THE EXAM

Remember everybody can  do the written exam in June and September independently from the oral.
In September I recommend you do everything isf the final mark is not a pass. We always consider the best mark, so you have nothing to lose.

Tips for the writing:

Number of words.
Look  at theking of writing: Article, formal email,  informal email, note....
Use most of these : although, so, because,  However, but, and, or,
One day, after that, later, suddenly , in the end (only for stories, anecdotes etc.)
Use RELATIVES ( which= que for things/ WHO= que for people/ WHERE= donde for places)
Use the past simple and past continuous to tell a  story-
Use the present simple to talk about habits.
Use the present continuous to talk about something happening now or FUTURE ARRANGEMENTS
Use going to to talk about predictions or intentions.
Use WILL to talk about predictions ( I think I'll pass/ I dont think I'll fail) or promises
Use personal pronouns, possessive adjectives and possessive pronouns correctly
AVOID repetition (with pronouns or synonyms= para nota)
Use contractions in informal emails and no contractions in formal emails.
An article can be formal or informal (pero no una mezcla)
Decide what is in one paragraph (usually a  110-word-writing is three paragraphs) Each point to cover in the instructions is usually one paragraph, but sometimes the first two poins are in only paragraph (use your common sense)
Leave time for revision
Transfer everything to the answer sheet, which has to be written in  black or blue ink (not in pencil)
 Use the first or second conditional
Use the passive
Be very punctual
Don´t leave any blanks in your exam (reading/listening)

REMEMBER YOU HAVE A SECOND CHANCE TO DO EVERYTHING IN SEPTEMBER
